Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with accurate accounting services, financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll records, tax plans, and year-end financial statements
  • Maintain client depreciation schedules
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

  • Maintain client relationships
  • Prepare analysis of client financial records
  • Advance accounting services
Requirements
  • Two or four-year degree in accounting required
  • Previous experience in public accounting or relevant internships is advantageous
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new software
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
