About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Analyst to join our team at TECHEAD. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance on HR-related matters, with a focus on SuccessFactors HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and support on SuccessFactors HRIS, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems and processes.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for HR system enhancements and custom development efforts.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of HR systems and processes.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to internal HR customers, including troubleshooting and resolving HR system issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting HR with expert use of SuccessFactors HRIS.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in SuccessFactors EC foundational/custom object configuration, process mapping, and application testing.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
