- Pharmacy Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, personnel management, and workflow optimization.
- Clinical Services and Patient Care: Provide expert clinical services and patient care, including medication therapy management, disease state management, and health education.
- Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with a strong background in clinical services and patient care.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
