Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at a prestigious medical facility in Lafayette, IN. The successful candidate will have prior experience working in progressive care units, with excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Key responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, administering medications as ordered, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Able to lift 50-100 pounds and move equipment with ease
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • PCCN certification preferred but not required
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
