Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to join our team at SimIS Inc. as a Robotic Process Automation III. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain process automated solutions and integrations using UiPath, Python, and Power Automate
  • Participate in creating deliverables for complex delivery solutions for medium to large projects
  • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests
  • Document and understand client processes and requirements, identifies gaps, and contributes to deliverables
  • Actively engage in client sessions/discussions to capture key information and insights
  • Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
  • Map the as-is process and translating the process into automated steps
  • Work with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commands
  • Configure, test and deploy the automation with integration to internal and external data bases
  • Monitor and measuring the effectiveness of the bots to report on impact of the solution
  • Demonstrate project implementation competency using project management tools and resources
  • Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects Work with the RPA Architect and Operations team to execute deployment plans
  • Utilize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent with an exposure to IT topics.
  • At least seven (7) years of post-college full-time experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar developing and working with attended and unattended bots, orchestrator, and other UiPath components in an enterprise environment.
  • Must possess an active Robotic Process Automation certification or related equivalent certifications
  • Competency in modern software development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of databases / data stores, and how to access data.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Motivated to independently achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) accredited by PMBOK/PMI, etc
  • Federal Agencies, experience a plus.
  • Local to CO a plus
