Orrick is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Associate to join our market-leading Infrastructure practice in the US. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, specifically with PPP and/or design-build and other alternative infrastructure delivery experience.

We are looking for an associate who enjoys working closely with clients within the infrastructure sector in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience representing equity investors, financing parties, strategic operators, and/or contractors pursuing projects in the transit, utilities, energy transition, higher ed, water, TOD, and social infrastructure spaces.

The successful candidate will have proficiency with P3 concession agreements, DB and O&M contracts, USDOT loans and grants, and navigating a competitive procurement with public owners, as well as project financing (PABs, USPP, etc.).

Orrick has been a Chambers Band 1 practice for PPP Infrastructure for 15 years, and is a premier firm in this practice area.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their infrastructure needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3 to 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills
  • Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located
