Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Manage and navigate a high volume of client communication with attention to detail, with a success rate at or above 95% conversion.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members to ensure they are equipped to handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Process Improvement: Work with management to suggest new processes and refine existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Education: Educate potential clients on our services and benefits using proprietary training and product knowledge.
- Pain Point Identification: Identify and assuage pain points, while clearly and effectively communicating with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Possess and foster a growth mindset, identify and creatively problem-solve obstacles while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain data accuracy by thoroughly documenting client information, queries, and requests within relevant CRM platforms and applications.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience, 2 years preferred, of lemon law intake experience or related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone communication skills, including the ability to articulate professional responses, strong listening skills, and de-escalation of problem calls.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close leads within a timeframe determined by the firm.
- Teamwork: Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative, professional work environment.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of firm-used business applications preferred (HubSpot, Aircall, MS Office products).
- Language Skills: Bi-lingual or multi-lingual is a plus (Spanish).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Paralegal Background: 2 years (Required)
- Paralegal Degree: Required
