Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and exceed established budgets in assigned territories.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, nephrologists, and emergency medicine specialists, to promote approved products and services.

• Develop and execute strategic customer and institutional plans to achieve business objectives.

• Provide market insights and recommendations to inform commercial and medical strategies.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

• Manage territory expenses and resources to achieve business objectives.

• Participate in speakers programs and other marketing initiatives to promote products and services.

• Lead customer experience initiatives to drive satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in pharma specialty or medical devices.

• Proven track record of high achievement, with a strong understanding of cardiovascular categories and market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market data to inform sales strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
