We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements and Duties
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to achieve business objectives

Job Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Training and Development

We provide comprehensive training and development programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Our training programs include orientation, on-the-job training, and ongoing coaching and feedback.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to process orders, resolve issues, and achieve business objectives.

Essential Functions/Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Work Conditions

As a restaurant team member, you will be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. You will also be exposed to in-store temperatures ranging from 32 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.

Physical Requirements
  • Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position
  • Walking/Jogging/Running: For short distances or for short durations
  • Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table
  • Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck
  • Carrying: Large bags/boxes/crates, weighing up to 50 pounds, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves
  • Pushing: To move trays which are usually placed on dollies
  • Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
  • Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station
  • Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas
  • Reaching: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward
  • Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day
