Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and supervise store personnel to maintain and exceed operational standards.
  • Store Operations: Manage the daily operations of donated merchandise, including maintaining store appearance, displays, and merchandising presentations.
  • Customer Service: Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
  • Financial Management: Manage budget and maintain expenditures in accordance with the Agency's financial goals.
  • Compliance: Comply with Agency policies, procedures, and safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and hardware.
