Job Title: Assistant Product Manager

Bitcoin Startup Lab is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing tools to automate, scale, and improve our 3-month startup program.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing tools to automate, scale, and improve the Bitcoin Startup Lab 3-month startup program.
  • Optimize the Bitcoin Startup Lab's tools and user experience to support founders successfully complete the 3-month startup program and raise pre-seed capital.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze data to improve the efficiency of our internal and external processes.
  • Enhance the startup program user experience by creating organized systems that help founders streamline the process of building investment-ready startups.
  • Assist the program management team in scheduling speakers and mentors, and develop tools to optimize and increase the efficiency of the scheduling process.
  • Post on social media content from our cohort.
  • Collect feedback from founders and mentors on how to improve the user experience of the 3-month program.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support news about program highlights and special marketing and recruitment initiatives.
  • Work closely with the startup program management department and C-suite to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional user empathy and the ability to understand and improve the user experience.
  • AI/ML, data, and software systems literacy, with a focus on implementing no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Highly adaptive and able to quickly develop new skills in a variety of disciplines.
  • Responsible team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with successful founders and investors.
  • Efficient and organized, with a sense of urgency and a focus on driving results.
  • Curiosity and solution-oriented, with the mental resilience to seek solutions in challenging situations.
