Product Development & PLM Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Development & PLM Assistant to support our product development process. This role will involve managing various tasks related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and facilitating communication with factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the opening and tracking of styles in the PLM system.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all product lines, including fabric and color specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for factories regarding comments and inquiries.
  • Submit comments, track responses, and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Manage lap dips, strike-offs, and sample approvals, ensuring that timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary feedback for approvals.
  • Maintain organized files for all product development documentation, including specifications, comments, and approvals.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in PLM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
