Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transporting, and transfers. This role also involves assisting with dining, housekeeping services, and leading life enrichment activities. About the Role:

This position requires a state-certified Nursing Assistant, with certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Previous experience in a similar healthcare position is preferred. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living
  • Providing support with dining and housekeeping services
  • Leading life enrichment activities
  • Taking and recording vital signs and weights as ordered or required by regulations
  • Participating in and attending all in-service training and education programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, and meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
