Job Title: Healthcare Professional - Clinical Nurse Specialist

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures. This individual will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to determine treatment priorities and implement effective nursing interventions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to determine patient priorities and treatments
  • Initiate and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes
  • Seek necessary assistance in completing nursing interventions to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Participate in hourly rounding and bedside shift report
  • Provide clinical guidance to students and ancillary staff
  • Succeed in hospital and unit-based orientation programs
Requirements
  • Current R.N. licensure in the state of South Carolina
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
