Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, schedule service and delivery, and coordinate with the service/operations manager.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, apply payments, and complete internal reporting as required.
  • Sales Support: Provide proactive sales support to customers, develop close relationships with the customer base, and inside sales teams.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn a proprietary customer service program.
