Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Payroll Specialist to support the Human Resources team at Direct Clean Services Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, payroll administration, and HR generalist duties. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities for janitorial roles, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation and uniforms are prepared, and new employees understand company policies, safety protocols, and job expectations.
  • Support HR in handling employee inquiries and maintaining a positive work environment with commitment to respect and civility.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
