Sales Director, International Trade

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director, International Trade to join our team at Excelforce. This role will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, attracting new clients, and developing and maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect business intelligence to drive sales activity
- Forecast sales and develop new strategies to achieve results
- Maintain a customers and leads database
- Strive to exceed sales goals
- Work closely with the Excelforce team during implementation to ensure a streamlined customer experience
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales success
- Sales experience in a payroll service or human resource software is a plus
- General understanding of Compensation and Benefits, TLM, and HR structure is a plus
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius from Chester, NY
- Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office Suite
