About the Role

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Immunology Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting sales force business planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead strategic initiatives within the Immunology Sales Strategy and Operations team
  • Support sales force business planning, incentive compensation, and sales force reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless deployment of new initiatives
  • Provide updates and advice on how to increase overall effectiveness of field sales force
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of post-baccalaureate experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
