Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a PhD degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a semiconductor-related field. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

As a TEM Materials Characterization Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily TEM analysis, including microstructure and chemical analysis using electron diffraction, EDS, and EELS
  • Developing and embracing groundbreaking solutions to device characterization at atomic resolution
  • Applying existing and newly developed technologies to tackle challenging process issues

Estimated Salary: $124,000 - $171,000 per year.
