Job Overview:

As a Global Equipment Support Expert, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining cutting-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install leading-edge customer equipment, perform scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrade equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as company diagnostic tools and documentation, to solve complex equipment issues.
  • Documentation and Communication: Generate, follow, and possibly approve documented procedures and published task plans, communicate with customers and internal business units on progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or completion of military technical training and field experience or technical certification equivalent to bachelor's degree.
  • 7–10 years of work experience in semiconductor industry or another equipment support industry.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics, and an advanced knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum and/or thermodynamics.
  • Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

$58,000 - $78,000 per year, based on location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
