Position Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist at Plaza Premium Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our human resources initiatives. You will manage a comprehensive range of HR functions, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass talent acquisition, payroll oversight, and employee relations, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Prepare and manage essential HR documentation such as offer letters and performance evaluations.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
- Coordinate with IT to equip new employees with necessary technology and access.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including benefits administration and attendance tracking.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
- Monitor compliance with payroll and personnel documentation.
- Support the HR team in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, escalating issues as needed.
- Manage employee leave requests and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Administer disciplinary procedures and manage exit processes.
- Stay informed about legal changes and recommend policy updates as necessary.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and support HR initiatives at both local and global levels.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience in managing cultural change initiatives in a global context.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Local candidates are preferred; relocation assistance is not available.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
