Position Overview:

As an HR Operations Specialist at Plaza Premium Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our human resources initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Prepare and manage essential HR documentation such as offer letters and performance evaluations.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
  • Coordinate with IT to equip new employees with necessary technology and access.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including benefits administration and attendance tracking.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
  • Monitor compliance with payroll and personnel documentation.
  • Support the HR team in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage employee leave requests and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Administer disciplinary procedures and manage exit processes.
  • Stay informed about legal changes and recommend policy updates as necessary.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support HR initiatives at both local and global levels.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PHR certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing cultural change initiatives in a global context.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Local candidates are preferred; relocation assistance is not available.
  • Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
