Evoke is in search of a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the business development team (BD, Capture, Proposal Management), ensuring alignment with processes, bid portfolio priorities, and internal reporting to meet annual growth objectives profitably.
  • Drive the company's strategic expansion by utilizing professional insights into target markets, client acquisition trends, and the competitive landscape within the federal management consulting sector.
  • Assist colleagues in formulating account strategies, conducting gate reviews, developing business capture plans, and preparing customer presentations.
  • Continuously monitor open-source platforms to identify and cultivate potential opportunities.
  • Guide deal teams through the process of identifying, pursuing, and securing new business development opportunities while providing support to additional teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Initiate the sales process by engaging prospective agency clients and decision-makers, conducting informative meetings aimed at fostering relationships and qualifying opportunities by understanding stakeholder needs and showcasing company capabilities.
  • Enhance the probability of winning (PWin) by articulating and effectively communicating new business investment proposals.
  • Support the creation of white papers, RFI/Sources Sought responses, and both solicited and unsolicited proposals with innovative solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate teaming strategies and the execution of teaming agreements.
  • Analyze RFPs and their amendments, providing strategic recommendations for bids and proposals.
  • Participate in color team reviews to refine and optimize proposal content.
  • Contribute to the development of the basis of estimate (BOE), including delivery model effort and labor category assignments to support cost estimations.
  • Travel to client sites, partner offices, or other locations as necessary.
Professional Experience and Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, guidelines, and timelines, including but not limited to: FAR, GSA MAS, GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, and NAICS.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current marketing, sales, and capture best practices within the industry, with the ability to devise unique strategies based on thorough market analysis.
  • Proven track record over the past three years of driving growth through successfully winning new business opportunities, preferably within Federal Civilian markets. Experience with DOE, DHS, FAA, and DOC is strongly preferred, while DOD experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in securing single awards and multiple award vehicles (e.g., IDIQs and BPAs), including the ability to drive and shape opportunities post-award.
  • Experience in winning A&AS/PMO acquisitions in unrestricted (preferred), small business, and SDVOSB acquisitions, with additional experience in A&AS/PMO plus technology acquisitions being advantageous.
  • Established federal and industry networks within the management consulting community.
  • Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Dynamic, collaborative, goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and sales, culminating in at least 3 years of comprehensive leadership in business development teams within the federal management consulting domain.
  • A BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study.
Security Clearance:
  • Selected applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, undergo a government security investigation, and meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
