Job Summary:
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for adolescents at Red River Youth Academy as a Mental Health Tech Shift Supervisor. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision and security to clients
* Ensure environmental management system quality
* Serve as a positive role model and support the organization's treatment program
* Direct and supervise Mental Health Technicians

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; BS degree preferred
* 2 years clinical and supervisory experience in an inpatient setting preferred
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred
* Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
