About the Role

This position requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team at Griffin Memorial Hospital as a Mental Health Technician I or II. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our consumers.

Responsibilities include providing non-professional direct or indirect care for consumers of behavioral health treatment in an inpatient care setting, participating in de-escalation activities, and assuring that consumers are kept safe.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $14.10 hourly for Level I and $15.28 hourly for Level II positions
  • Potential to earn extra pay for working evenings and nights, weekends and holidays

We seek a candidate who possesses a strong commitment to patient well-being and safety, believes that recovery is possible, and has relevant experience in behavioral health patient care. A physical examination and valid driver's license are also required.
