Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and track shipment statuses.
  • Communicate effectively with both external clients and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions from order receipt to invoicing.
  • Provide timely pricing and delivery information to clients and sales teams.
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing.
  • Assist in maintaining organized customer files and documentation.
  • Stay updated on company products and pricing structures.
  • Report results and metrics to relevant departments and clients.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 customer support.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Preferred experience of 3 years in customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Self-motivated with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a plus.
