Clinical Services Operations Manager

The primary role of the Clinical Services Line Manager encompasses the comprehensive oversight and administration of the clinical program at Hope Network New Passages. This position is pivotal in achieving the performance benchmarks established by the Leadership Team, focusing on service delivery, quality control, and financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical program in alignment with Hope Network's mission and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that service provision is organized, effective, and respects the rights of individuals served.
- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor the progress of individuals receiving services.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support the clinical team to guarantee that care aligns with the personal goals and plans of consumers.
- Participate in Person-Centered Planning meetings, ensuring the implementation and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
- Promote community integration through diverse individual and group activities.
- Maintain emergency protocols and coordinate with other services as necessary.
- Implement quality assurance measures and oversee compliance with billing and service authorization requirements.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Preferred: Fully licensed Mental Health Professional (LMSW).
- Minimum of two years in a management or supervisory role.
- At least one year of experience in a human services environment.
- Familiarity with Stages of Change, Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Psychoeducation.
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Proven ability to manage resources effectively and make sound decisions.
