The Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning plays a pivotal role in leading global material planning and execution, ensuring the following objectives are met:

  • Maintaining an accurate and compliant supply of materials
  • Delivering materials to manufacturing sites as needed
  • Optimizing cash flow

This role provides an end-to-end perspective on materials management, requiring close collaboration with site materials planners, procurement, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch Readiness: Oversee the Global Supply Chain Planners to ensure materials needed to produce batches are ready on time
  • Supporting daily activities of planners, supporting escalations, and following progress to secure batch readiness
  • Building and maturing the CPFR process with vendors in collaboration with Global Procurement and with clients in collaboration with the PMO organization
  • Establishing the cadence of CPFR reviews and ensuring necessary content is covered
  • Maintaining MRP Parameters such as Lead Times, ABC Classification
  • Ensuring all Planners under their supervision are maintaining accurate parameters in the system
  • Supporting SAP implementation and ongoing maturity
  • Proactively identifying supply risks and drafting contingency plans
Requirements:
  • Masters' Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Planning and CPFR
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Strong Power Bi experience and data analytics
  • SAP experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and internal customers
  • Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Language Ability:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal as well as written, to include listening. Ability to clearly articulate business priorities to all company employees when and if required.

Reasoning Ability:

Excellent analytical skills in support of problem solving/troubleshooting.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Computer Skills:
