Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a clear and attainable vision for calibration service delivery, ensuring optimal resource utilization and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to evaluate performance, guide corrective actions, and drive accountability for results.
  • Lead the implementation of new service initiatives, including strategic resource allocation, organization structure, leadership, and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize customer loyalty through effective service delivery and the development of collaborative methods that meet changing business needs.
  • Manage customer escalations effectively and monitor resolutions to ensure expectations are met within contractual guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of manufacturing or industrial experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent leadership, emotional intelligence, collaboration, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to develop and sustain positive business relationships.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience with managing P&Ls, financial forecasting, proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration.
