The company is seeking a motivated, self-starting and critical thinker to create, centralize and standardize process documentation.

The ideal candidate will support multiple teams and projects, with experience creating supporting documentation.

The selected Project Coordinator will work autonomously and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business, managing high rates of change.

Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring projects, communicating with team members and management, and supporting change management procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, 2-5 years of project management experience, and extensive experience with Microsoft O365.

Requirements include a working knowledge of relational database best practices, knowledge of the Microsoft development stack, and experience following up with business units and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include creating process documentation, upgrading existing documentation, and creating training visuals for the entire team/department.

The selected Project Coordinator will independently meet with business groups involved in miscellaneous projects, update existing dashboards with relevant data, and analyze metrics on project status.

Engaging in technical project work or testing for the projects you are managing is also a key responsibility.
