About the Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our US team as a Marketing Strategy Specialist. This role will focus on supporting the execution of our US Marketing Strategy with an emphasis on events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of US Marketing and Global Marketing Team to provide marketing resources and support to US colleagues.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to build trusted relationships with senior executives through brand, content, social media, partnerships, and events.
  • Collaborate with US leadership to understand competitive landscapes and contribute to business development strategy.
  • Evaluate opportunities for external partnerships and sponsorships, and provide guidance to US colleagues on selection of sponsorship opportunities.
  • Establish event planning best practices, socializing, and raising awareness of those practices to create a more consistent event experience and measurable ROI.
  • Manage larger, complex US-based marketing campaigns by providing guidance on marketing integration best practices and following up on support needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years Generalist B2B Marketing Experience.
  • Previous experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with specific emphasis on in-person events, content strategy, digital marketing, social media, and PR/comms.
  • Strong track record of collaboration, with proven success working with and influencing a broad cross-section of internal stakeholders on complex projects.
  • Project Management Experience, with previous experience coordinating and overseeing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders on a tight timeline.
  • Digital and Data-Driven Experience, with previous experience tracking activities via CRM and/or Marketing automation platforms.
  • Previous event planning experience, with direct experience organizing and coordinating external events, optimizing experience for attendees, and promoting brand awareness through event activities.
