As a Consulting Associate, you will collaborate in a team-oriented setting with industry experts, including legal professionals, financial analysts, engineers, and scientists, to identify and validate tax incentives that bolster American businesses.

Your contributions will have a direct impact on our clients' financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and qualify value-driven benefits for organizations.
  • Support technical evaluations in compliance with legal tax standards through presentations and detailed reports.
  • Assist in the analysis and processing of client data, including financial and sector-specific information.
  • Conduct site visits to perform client interviews and review relevant documentation.
  • Investigate pertinent technical and industry-related subjects.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical reports and analyses.
  • Provide insights to help clients leverage additional credits and incentives that may apply.
  • Engage with CPAs and executive teams regarding tax incentive credits and associated business processes.
  • Work closely with quality assurance, client relations, accounting, and tax dispute teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely completion of analyses and project timelines.
  • Examine client financials, projects, and documentation to identify value opportunities.
Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services capacity.
  • A bachelor's degree is required (master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in project management, public speaking, and client engagement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills to relay information clearly and efficiently.
  • High urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to confidentiality regarding company and client information.
  • Openness to constructive feedback in a collaborative team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% within the United States.
  • Relocation to Houston, Texas is required.
