About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Architect to join our team at Exelon. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex IT systems to support the energy transformation.

This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure secure and reliable hosting of applications, with a focus on maintaining security posture and managing user accounts in both on-premise and cloud environments.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, delivering, documenting, and supporting infrastructure systems
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of technology and its application across our business areas or for our customers
  • Leads in technological innovation to drive new business opportunities and solve complex business problems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking, or related field
  • 4-7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with system administration, Microsoft Active Directory (2016 and above), Azure Management, and scripting tools like PowerShell, Ansible
  • Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures, problem-solving skills, and effective communication
