About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Optimags. This position involves developing both back-end infrastructure and front-end user interfaces, as well as designing and maintaining a highly available and efficient media repository system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain scalable web applications and services
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver client-side and server-side functionality
  • Work with internal and external customers to define new features that drive business growth
  • Contribute to our development platforms, tools, and processes
  • Participate in support discussions and provide technical expertise
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience with LAMP stack development and proficiency in solving challenging problems
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting in Linux environments
  • Ability to work outside the context of a framework
  • Familiarity with search queries and data field management using Apache Solr
  • Unit and acceptance testing experience
  • Knowledge of application-level security and best practices
  • Experience optimizing SQL and profiling legacy code
