Your Role in Action

  • Extend a helping hand to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, meal prep, medication, and transportation.

  • Harness the power of positive behavior and support methods to tackle challenges and foster skill growth.

Your Skills and Talents

  • A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • A valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience in human services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding toward individuals from all walks of life.
  • Dependability, compassion, and patience, ready to make a genuine impact.
