Nursing Professional for Developmental Brain Injury Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team at ServiceNet, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental brain injuries in our residential programs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for participants, ensuring optimal health and well-being.
- Institute appropriate follow-up and communicate medical issues to relevant staff members.
- Document all nursing interventions and changes in participant care.
- Maintain current medication and treatment orders, noting any side effects or adverse reactions.
- Assist in training staff on personal care, positioning, and feeding techniques.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and Day Programs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College Degree or Certificate preferred.
- Valid MA Nursing License.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
- Good communication and computer skills.

- $68,640-$79,040 salary range based on experience and education.
