Medical Records Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Central Supply and Medical Records Clerk to join our team at MCHS West Des Moines. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Order and manage medical supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents
- Scan and assign records in the electronic medical records system
- Review records for accuracy and completeness
- Handle requests for medical records and ensure confidentiality
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must have:
- An unencumbered State of Iowa R.N. or L.P.N. license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Experience utilizing Point Click Care
- One year of clinical documentation or central supply experience
