We are seeking a skilled Budgeting and Planning Coordinator to join our team at Stargates Inc. in the Washington D.C. area.

Job Description

The Budgeting and Planning Coordinator will support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process and financial management strategy for the PEO USC program office.

This role involves working with project management, schedulers, and task leads to build an actionable plan for securing funding needed to achieve program goals.

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of financial management policies, regulations, and meeting financial management milestones that support organizational strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the PPBE process and financial management strategy for the PEO USC program office
  • Work with project management, schedulers, and task leads to build an actionable plan for securing funding needed to achieve program goals
  • Manage the status of funds and recommend alternative solutions
  • Compile support documentation for PRs, such as Statements of Work

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
