Job Summary:
Fiscal planning and analysis are crucial components of our company's success. We seek a highly skilled FP&A Coordinator to join our Arlington, VA team.

In this role, you will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and reports. This entails collecting and analyzing data from various departments to support the budgeting process. You will also monitor and track financial performance against budgeted goals, providing variance analysis and explanations. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning. Furthermore, you will develop long-term financial plans and projections, as well as support the preparation of presentations for senior management highlighting key financial metrics and insights. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, track performance, and identify areas for financial improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial processes.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
