Job Description

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing financial planning and accounting-related capital project budgets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Lawson Activity Module data for construction and engineering budgets
  2. Responsible for coordinating with Regional Management and Construction Management Services on Capital Budgets
  3. Responsible for overseeing compliance with the Authority's Debt Management Policy
  4. Responsible for preparing cash flow projections for bond funds
  5. Responsible for reviewing and approving Texas Water Development Board outlay reports
