Your Role

You will report to the Manager and perform daily front-office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payment
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
