About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Univest Financial Corporation. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of prospects and customers, delivering exceptional service, and providing a broad base of services to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Profile customers to determine their needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with integrated partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards.
  • Proactively make outbound sales calls to inform customers about a wide variety of financial services solutions that will meet their needs.
  • Service customers at the teller line by completing a variety of financial transactions following technical and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalency.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in retail sales or telemarketing with proven sales results.
  • Strong written/verbal/organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory ability.
  • Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Previous banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suite.
  • Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
  • Completion of training in SSR Suite Training.
  • Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
  • Complete notary training if applicable.
  • Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress.
  • Complete the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the "Coaching for Performance Excellence" course.
  • Obtain NMLS registration.
