About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of prospects and customers, delivering exceptional service, and providing a broad base of financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to determine their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Profile customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide a wide range of financial services, including deposit-based, credit, investment, and fee-based products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Univest partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards.
  • Proactively make outbound sales calls to inform customers about financial services solutions that meet their needs.
  • Service customers at the teller line by completing a variety of financial transactions following technical and operational guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in retail sales or telemarketing with proven sales results.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability.
  • Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Previous banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suite.
  • Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
  • Completion of training in SSR Suite Training.
  • Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
  • Complete notary training if applicable.
  • Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress.
  • Complete the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the Coaching for Performance Excellence course.
  • Obtain NMLS registration.
