Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Springfield, IL branch. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.
  • Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of ecosystem partners.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $92,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
