Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at AdTheorent. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales momentum across the West Coast, focusing on Tier II - III agencies and/or client direct. Your expertise in the digital media space will enable you to identify new revenue opportunities, drive account growth, and promote client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, driving account growth and profitability acceleration.
  • Develop and maintain extensive client communication, strategic planning, and troubleshooting to promote client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with West Coast agencies and clients, providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning business needs to products and services.
  • Drive contract negotiations for new sales, account growth, and contract renewals.
  • Own revenue forecasting and ensure accuracy of sales entries.
  • Lead and organize client team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • 5+ years of digital media experience.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to West Coast brand direct and agency clients (tier 2, tier 3, boutique, mid-size + independent agencies).
  • Proven performance selling programmatic - both Managed and Self-Service.
  • Strong relationships with West Coast agencies.
  • A proven performer who can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly.
  • Polished sales, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization.
  • Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.

Benefits:

Compensation range: $100-150K base BOE + commission. We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, and an award-winning office culture.

The base range provided is AdTheorent's current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated. We encourage all to apply, as applicants will be assessed on an individual basis.
