We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dairy and frozen food cases, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Case Maintenance: Ensure that all dairy and frozen food cases are stocked, faced, and organized according to our department schematics.
- Product Rotation: Rotate all dairy products to ensure that expired or spoiled items are removed and replaced with fresh stock.
- Customer Service: Respond positively to customer inquiries, assist with purchases, and provide product information and recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including the dairy and frozen food cases, storage areas, and work areas.
- Age: Be at least 16 years of age.
- Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
