We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dairy and frozen food cases, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Case Maintenance: Ensure that all dairy and frozen food cases are stocked, faced, and organized according to our department schematics.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, assist with purchases, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, and hand trucks.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety, health, and OSHA regulations.
- Age: Be at least 16 years old.
- Availability: Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
