Key Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision, you will screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats, utilizing de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills to resolve potential issues.
  • You will greet guests, provide information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices, and services, and identify guest needs regarding transportation services.
  • You will handle basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff, and may record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and band visitors as appropriate.
  • You may also open passenger doors and assist guests with personal bags, as needed, and assist with valet services as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance required
