  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train dining staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Program Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the dining program, including events, catering, and inventory management.
  • Schedule Management: Oversee the operational schedule for the program, resolving issues between users and partners.
  • Building and Equipment Management: Oversee and coordinate daily operation of building, equipment, and facilities.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and adherence to budget guidelines for the program.
  • Catering and Events: Work with clients and staff to promote and execute the safe and successful outcome for clients and partners.
  • Communication: Communicate and coach with students, staff, and partners in a positive and meaningful way.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Foodservice Management, Degree Desired
  • Budgeting and Cost Management Experience
  • Positive Attitude, Willingness to work and the understanding of Food Service in this environment
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs to waist level or a shared weight of 100lbs
  • Good Driving Record
