Job Title: Residential Autism Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Residential Autism Program Director at Bellefaire JCB. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our inpatient unit, the Monarch Boarding Academy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other clinicians, to provide exceptional clinical services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve desired clinical outcomes, improve client satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership on departmental matters, including vision, mission, and strategic objectives, to drive growth and excellence in our services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
  • LISW, LPCC, or IMFT licensure; applicants with an LSW, LPC, or MFT actively working towards independent licensure will be considered.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a relevant clinical or educational setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong clinical and therapeutic skills, with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred.
