Dining Services Manager

Job Summary:

The Dining Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining venues at Judson, ensuring the highest quality food, service, and nutritional care to our members, guests, and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to maintain a high level of customer service and food quality.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, catering programs, and special events to meet the needs of our members and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Judson's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Dining Services to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of management experience in food service, preferably in senior living.
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, as well as use basic math concepts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
